We strive to display accurate descriptions, ingredient details, and images for all products. However, packaging designs, scoop densities, or label layouts may occasionally be refreshed by the brand.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices shown on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST 18%). Prices are subject to change without notice; however, any price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

Payments are processed securely via authorized third-party payment gateways (Razorpay). We accept major Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and UPI. Velnox Nutrition does not collect or store raw payment card data on our servers.

4. Orders & Fulfillment

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline orders in cases of stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email and SMS confirmation containing your order ID.

5. Authenticity & Tamper-Evident Seals

All original Velnox Nutrition tubs leave our fulfillment facility with a sealed lid and an official holographic QR authenticity seal. Customers are advised not to accept any parcel if the outer packaging is visibly compromised or the inner container seal has been tampered with.

6. Intellectual Property

All brand names, product titles, logos, visual graphics, website layout, and code are the intellectual property of Velnox Nutrition. Any unauthorized reproduction, scraping, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to the use of this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Delhi, India.
