1. Order Processing & Dispatch Timelines
We know how important your workout routine is, so we process every order as fast as possible:
- Dispatch Time: Orders are verified, securely packed, and dispatched within 24 to 48 hours on business days (Monday to Saturday).
- Weekend Orders: Orders placed after 2:00 PM on Saturday or on Sunday are processed and dispatched first thing on Monday.
2. Estimated Delivery Timeframes
We partner with India's leading logistics providers (via Shiprocket) including Bluedart, Delhivery, Xpressbees, and DTDC:

4. Live Shipment Tracking
As soon as your parcel is handed over to the courier partner, an automated SMS and email containing your AWB Tracking Number and direct tracking URL will be sent to you. You can also view live delivery progress under your Account > Orders dashboard.
5. Delivery Protocol & Tamper Check
Every Velnox tub is shipped in durable, reinforced packaging with safety seals. Upon receiving your shipment:
- Inspect the outer box before accepting. If the box is severely damaged or opened, you may refuse the package.
- Please keep your phone available for delivery partner verification and OTP confirmation if applicable.
